If the candidates are referred to an employer for interview, it will be a genuine job opening, which has been authorized by an employer.
Referral to an employer ensures that, as a result of our interviewing techniques, the candidate have been selected for short listing on the basis of qualifications, experience and ability to meet the specifications of the position.
The candidate will always be provided with full details of the prospective position including key responsibilities, career prospects, hours of work, conditions of employment, salary etc.
Candidate identity and employment details may be disclosed to a prospective employer without candidate’s permission.
The candidate will be assisted throughout the long process of visas application, of course at his own fees.
We will treat candidate inquiry with the strictest confidence and will ensure the security of candidate current position whilst the search for a new one is undertaken.
